Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love our products!  If there are any issues upon receipt of your item please contact us immediately.  Given the nature of our made to order items, cancellations, changes, or returns are currently not accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.  Photo proof of the defect or error will be required to validate your claim.  Forward all claims to xrptodesigns@gmail.com with your full name, invoice#, and product photos within 10 business days of receipt.  Claims beyond 10 business days will not be accepted.  Once approved, we will ship a replacement as soon as possible. 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
