Domestic Shipping Policy
Order processing time
Order processing time varies based on the product, and is defined within the product description itself. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or an unforeseen shortage of product, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping rates and estimates will vary based on product and shipping method selected at check out.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
XRPTO Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
XRPTO Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to process a claim. Feel free to contact us and we will work with you to the best of our ability.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Shipping costs for orders outside the U.S. are calculated at checkout.
